A: Please contact our customer support, and our team of representatives will guide you through the process.

Q: What's the price for components such as hash boards, control boards, fans, etc?

A: For any specific hardware request, please contact our sales team.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We only accept bank wire transfers at this time. Bitcoin, Paypal, Western Union or personal accounts are not currently accepted.

Q: How long does the warranty last?

A: The warranty for the E12 series lasts for 6 Months. The warranty for the other models lasts 2 months.
